• Use a metal tape measure.
• Make sure the tape measure is taut when taking measurements.
• Always write down the width measurement first and then the drop measurement second on all blinds.
• Only write measurements down in millimetres.
• Document the smallest measurement of the three spot measurements for width and drop. For hard to floor blinds, select (Just off floor) option on our order page. Otherwise select (Deduction not required) to keep your measurement same as inputted.
• Write down the preferred control side on each individual blind.
• Always double check measurements with the measurements you have written down.
• Watch for protruding door/window hardware that might interfere with blind operation.
