Blinds Downunder are incredible. We considered a lot of blind companies but in terms of quality and professional care Blinds Downunder are miles ahead. Having everything made is Australia brings a different selection of materials than most can supply. They also have automation options which work with Google, Alexa and Apple HomeKit both battery and wired. You’d like they’d be more expensive but to the contrary they came in as best value too. It’s rarely I write reviews online but I’m so impressed and happy with our blinds that I’d like others to benefit from such a great Aussie company and crew!

I would definitely recommend Blinds Downunder! Alan was super helpful. I had no idea what type of blinds I would like in my townhouse and he helped me decide on the blinds, what types of fabric and the hardest part picking the colour. Great communication, keeping me updated. No job was too difficult. Amazing price too!

We love our new blinds from Blinds Downunder. They were very proffesional from the first phone call, to the final completion of our blinds. Alan suggested the use of battery motors in a few high traffic areas and we love them. They look amazing and are operated of a remote control without the need for 240V power. We had a few other companies who came to quote and Alan was the only one who suggested some great design ideas which has worked out perfect. I would highly recommend.

I had a very good experience with Alan and Blinds down Under right from the first phone call till installation . Due to some measurement issue I had not provided the accurate measurements of my window and the blinds were custom made to the size I had given and was slightly large for the window .However Alan make a point to organise and cut the blinds to look perfect for my window without any extra charges . I was planning to replace my existing window blinds and was tossing between getting them from spotlight or custom make them .Alan was great in guiding me especially with quality difference and value and at the end I decided to go with the custom blinds. The finish and look of the product was remarkable and the house looks great from inside and even better from the outside. I had the blind installed by another company, but it never worked well. And after a while it did not work at all anymore. It was hard to find someone who could fix the blind for me. But then I was lucky to come in contact with Alan from Blinds Downunder. Last Sunday he came and managed to make the blind working again. He did not give up until he found a way. He offered his service if needed in the future. I would recommend his service to anyone. Very good quality and very cost efficient.

From the first contact Alan made the process of choosing and installing my external blinds easy. Of the four companies who responded to my job listing, Alanwas the only supplier who rang me to discuss my job before coming out to quote. His quote was very competitive and he identified factors I hadn't considered when selecting the type and colour of my blinds, and went out of his way to source sample books for me to select colours from. Blinds Downunder are absolutely AMAZING! They really went above and beyond to measure, quote and fit our amazing electronic outdoor Blinds. They are such high quality and really transform our entire area, keeping the rain and wind out and blocking all of the harshness of the sun whilst still being transparent. We can operate them by remote or even through an app on our phone from anywhere in the world. After looking around Blinds Downunder were by far the best priced and quality and service are elite. I highly recommend them. Don't normally write reviews but was so happy, just had to recommend them so that others know.

Simply the best customer service I've had. Alan not only saved me money by telling me about re skinning my existing blinds (keeping the hardware and just replacing the fabric, of which I knew nothing about until he enlightened me). The follow up and communication was over and above. I'm glad I stumbled across word of mouth and all the reviews here were the reason I went with Blinds Downunder. We had old outdoor automatic awnings. We needed the fabric replaced as the old fabric had worn out. Blinds Downunder provided the fabric reskin and we simply installed them.
